- The fruit is sourced from our old Monastrell Tempranillo , non irrigated bush vines and our younger Cabernet Sauvignon on irrigated double cordon. Bushes were hand harvested from October 1st for the Monastrell and the Tempranillo . Trellised vines of Cabernet Sauvignon were machine harvested from October 20th. BLES is the name given to an indigenous plant whose growth is encouraged between the rows of our vines in the valley. Organic viticulture trusts nature´s own balance.
